Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so more than 24 hours in advance. This can be done through the link in your confirmation email/text. Alternatively, you can call or text us. However, if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your appointment, we charge 50% of the appointment fee to compensate our technicians. For further details, please contact us.

Tardiness

We strive to serve you within 15 minutes of your scheduled time to prevent long wait times. If you're running more than 15 minutes late, we might need to reschedule your appointment. If you anticipate being late, please inform us in advance. This helps us make necessary arrangements and reduces disruptions to our team and other clients.
